Hello ladies so as we've seen there are many ladies that have already done the HGC diet or who are starting and I wanted to create a space where we can support each other, share tips, reciepes and track process.
So here everyone is welcome. When posting lets include these stats so we can give everyone an idea where we are and where we are tying to end up weight wise and also how long you have been on the program
so again please include (if comfortable):
1) when you will start or when you did start program
2)which method you chose (drops or injection)
3)starting weight and goal weight (a picture would be great of starting weight and progress
4)how many pounds you are dropping a day
5)any receipes that you enjoy and would like to share
6)any tips or tricks that have helped you stay on the diet
7) and lastly how often you plan on updating us on your progress
