I finally did a much needed aphogee 2 step treatment and my tresses are thanking meTongue. My ends are extra thirsty and see through no matter how much I baby them, that means time for a trimConfused. I've been keeping up with the protective styles, mainly natural updos and experimenting with marley hair.

I have been hiding my hair under wigs for 4 months. I dc and redo my braids underneath once abmonth. I hit a milestone this month. Im now apl (natural). When i was relaxed i got to apl in 6 months or so. As a natural Im hitting my milestones faster due to fewer trims. My regimen is simple. I spray my hair daily with aloe/glycerin spritz and i seal with evoo. Thsts about it

I'm back in the states!  So I'm still in my protective styles. I've just being doing bigger box braids and gathering them up in a bun. When I don't feel like braiding, I do big twists and gather them up in a bun. I plan to color, trim and flat iron my hair end of Oct.

Went to the beauty school on Friday to get my hair colored back to its original color. I let them flat iron it..it grew maybe 1/4 inch. It is so full and healthy though!  But now I am ready to get some length poppin' for real. I am such a slow grower, but time to incorporate the growth aids

I've been massaging some hair/scalp oil (apple cider vin, lemon oil, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, olive oil and sunflower) and letting it set on my scalp for 15 minutes, then I wash my hair with peppermint castile soap and condition with Mane & Tail (I'm going to change this to an all natural conditioner once it's finished). I use very cold water when I wash my hair. I've noticed that my scalp doesn't get flaky and my hair is SUPER soft and moisturized. I apply some olive oil and sunflower oil to my scalp and hair when I've finished washing and a bit of leave-in conditioner, then I put it in a protective style. I repeat this twice a week. I'm also taking a multi-vitamin.

I've still been protective styling. I added coconut oil to my pre-poo scalp massage. I over saturate it in the coconut oil. Today, I went to have my hair washed, deep conditioned and flat ironed. I wrapped it in a doobie immediately afterwards to save it for tomorrow, but the stylist did a good job straightening, but she used mad heat. Anyways..I will wear it through the weekend and then Monday I will wash and put it back into a PS because I have a long drive to San Diego Tuesday morning and my hair will be the last thing on my mind for the next month! I will take a pic of my hair tomorrow (if I remember) and upload.

Still protective styling, really bored with my hair. Itching to cut in a cute bob or something, but I won't. I will be using heat more frequently though.
