After putting in some SERIOUS work since January of this year, below is my progress....

PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE Big smile

This pic was taken January 9, 2012.  I weighed in at 195 pounds, measurements were around 38-32/33-41.5.  I took this pic in my first pair of goal jeans (which are to big nowEmbarrassed)

This pic was taken at the end of February.  I think I was around 180 when this was taken.  Off of memory, I can't remember what my measurments were.  I think my waist was around maybe 29/30 Confused

This pick was taken  in June.  I was around 169 in this pic, measurements were 34-25.5-41

This was taken last week.  Weight 165, measurements 34-25-40.5Ouch ..not happy about losing in this area

My goal weight is 150/155.  Almost in the home stretch.  I KNOW I could have been further along with losing fat, but there were some hiccups in my diet.  Nothing major, but a slip up on the weekends here and there, LOL LOL.. However I only missed one worout during this almost 6 month journey, and that was due to me twisting my damn ankle doing step aerobicsAngry.. But besides that one day, I have been on 6 day a week workout schedule.

Ladies, when you put the work in, you will get results!! The answer is not in some crazy ass diet, where you starve and inject yourself, or only eat foods that start with the letter Q, not the latest chinese diet pill, no magic potion. DIET and EXCERCISE.. that is all Big smile

I do a variety of cardio.  I HAVE to mix it up, to keep it from getting boring. I do one of the following in my worout sessions:

Step aerobics
Kickboxing
Stepmill
sprints
running
Insanity
Asylum
Walking at a max incline on the tredmill
Taebo (I don't do much taebo anymore due to the fact it's not challenging enough)

Keep in mind, cardio IS important, but weight training is even better

I waist train also.  I wear a squeem during the day M-F at work, then change into my corset when I get home.  I've been waist training since my starting pic.

Thanks!! Girl, honestly, you don't need a gym or fancy equipment.. as long as your legs are working and you have some open space, you can get it started at anytime Smile.. It took me splitting my favorite pair of jeans to smack me back into reality,SMDH..so glad my ass ripped those jeas that day, LOL

man i knew you were going to say something to that extent.
I remember when i tried to jump a on the squeem bandwagon a couple of years ago.. i think it was working but my skin is so sensitive that i ended up breaking out with rashes  that ended up turning into eczema..Unhappy......
Thanks for answering tho. Smile
