I'm always trying to find natural alternatives to commercial products. After doing some research, I've come up with a list of herbs that (when combined) may be the tea equivalent of hair, skin, and nails/multi-vitamin...

  • Horsetail
  • Burdock
  • Ginger root
  • Chamomile
  • Oat Straw
  • Lemon balm
  • Nettle


I've been combining these herbs and drinking this tea for the past week. I've noticed that my eyebrows have grown quite a bit, and my skin looks clearer. My hair is currently cornrowed, so I'm not able to tell whether my hair has grown yet...but I will certainly come back with some updates.

Interesting..I recently heard about Bamboo Tea. Now I really wanna try that. It has a large amount of silica and in liquid form your body absorbs the mineral better.

Petiteone, have you tried the bamboo tea? If so what have been your results. I currently use black teak in my daily spritz but bamboo has no caffein & high content of silica.
