Hair Review Chic Strands PIC HEAVY

Just wanted to share my experience with a company I recently tried out called Chic Strands. Before buying this hair I was wearing Jace Beauty Russian Fede wavy/curly low luster hair. I really enjoyed the hair, but I did not enjoy the maintenance involved with course hair. I wanted to purchase something that was low maintenance similar to my Wags in the past, but I didn’t want to pay the price. Indian hair has always been my favorite origin mostly due to the density.

On to the review… I ordered 3 bundles of 18” virgin Indian straight hair. 2 of the bundles were a medium brown and was a gorgeous light brown. I ordered the hair on Tuesday and received the hair the following Thursday. I asked a lot of questions about this hair prior to purchasing and always got a good response. The hair smelled really good when I received it and I really loved the packaging. So far I haven’t had any problems with this hair. No shedding or tangling even after coloring. It is very low maintenance  and I can pretty much just wash air-dr, blend and add flexirods. After about month I decided to color the hair after watching Beyonce on Oprah. The hair took the color so well. I Divided the hair in sections and I used a bleach and 40 dveloper, and bleach and 30 developer. Once that processed, I did a 30 developer and toner (I have a tutorial on my yt channel). I did both processes for an hour and it didnt cause any damage.  Overall I give them a 9/10 due to the ends, i would purchase agian.
