But it works quite well for me. But I think paddle brushes are great for type 4 hair.

yeah ppl scoff at paddle brushes and ball brushes so much but i think its just because ppl are using them wrong. i found these work super well for 3 type hair

I never considered using a paddle brush for my hair.  It looks like it would rip my hair out. Confused

I'm wondering if there is a specific way for type 4 to use it? I'm gonna have to check youtube on this. I still have my paddle brush from forever ago

I was afraid of them too. But I figured if my jungle-haired self had a good time with the tangle teezer (my ends beg to differ!) why not use something similar?

Paddle brushes =

Plus I hate combs. Bunching up my shed hair and creating balls of tangles; ain't nobody got time for that!

I thought I was the only one. Even widetoothed combs are so/so. I use my fingers and do small sections with a denman.

Used 4 naturals afro stretch curl cream, makes my twist out look good, but mostly elongates my mini twists. I like the organix argan oil shampoo and conditioner. I was using the mizani moisturizing shampoo before it worked well on my relaxed hair, but on my natural hair is meh.

Hydra Cure Intense Moisture Hair Masque

The best that my hair has ever felt. Very moisturized. Expensive, but so worth it.

I was about to come in here last night and curse Cantu Shea Butter's Creamy Hair Lotion because it has no slip. But if you could feel how completely soft my hair is right now...the softest my hair has ever felt. I will be picking up another one of these on my next trip to Walgreens. Thumbs Up
