so today I boughtsome luster S Curl texturizin stylin gel for waves and short cuts. I got it bc the eco styling gel wasn't working for me. It said to use one every 3 days the top two ingredients are water and glycerin. I'm hoping it will keep my hair moisturized. It works for curls so why not. I put my hair in some twisties and will be wearing my wig since it's cold. I'll keep ya posted

I have to rave about Matrix Biolage Exquisite Oil! I give this 5 stars! I used it for pressing Cleo and maintaining my press. It gives her wonderful bling, smell, snd softness. I absolutely LUV this stuff! I only use two pumps and that's a plus bc my of Cleo's thickness and length.
When I get ready for bed, I take two pumps worth, rub throughout my hair, brush, and scarf the crown area while pinning up the back. In the am, I have soft, sleek hair!

My first product review. Yaay.
J.R. Liggett's Jojoba & Peppermint Bar Shampoo
Link here: ( http://www.amazon.com/Jojoba-Peppermint-Shampoo-3-50-Ounces/dp/B001W2K51O - http://www.amazon.com/Jojoba-Peppermint-Shampoo-3-50-Ounces/dp/B001W2K51O)
Hair type: Mostly 4c, some 4b, thick , collarbone
I have only used once. I admit I wanted to jump on the bandwagon with both bar shampoos and non-sulfate shampoos. I figured this one was both, had good ingredients, and I'm and amazon prime member so it was free to ship and got there in 2 days. What the heck right?
I was so glad to have tried it. My hair was clean but not dry and snapping. It was soft and the peppermint was a nice sensation on my scalp. It is very easy to store (good for travel), a little goes a long way, and economical.
Some users say they dont have to use condish after using this bar, but I cannot ever wash without condish, after all I am a 4c girl. So after washing, I DC'd, put in my leave-in, added my whipped shea mix, and olive oil to seal.
I can only use this on weeks that I have no or water soluble cones in my hair.
