i have been hearing a good amount of mixed opinions / reviews about this method and wanted to know has anybody on here tried it themselves ? any good or bad experiences or opinions ? for those whom aren't familiar with the process , from what i've heard it is just another way to get your Virgin hair to become alittle more soft and managable ! i just recieved my three bundles of Virgin Brazilian Bodywave and thought about attempting it but i figured i should ask a couple of you ladies first what you think .

I just did it a few days ago. After deep conditioning that way, my hair came out like buttery soft. Just remember to keep it in for no longer than 30-40 secs. Each time I pulled a bundle outta that bag, I was just watching the steam rise up.

I've used this method too and Kocoa is right. Your hair will be like silk!
I usually co-wash, then saturate the hair in water and thoroughly coat in conditioner.  Then I put it in a tupperware bowl (yes, I have separate bowls for hair LOL) with a little bit of water.  I've personally put it in the microwave for as long as 3 minutes with no problems, but I guess you could take Kocoa's suggestion and only do about 30 seconds to see what your hair can handle.

I do this every time I get new hair. It is a timesaver for deep conditioning. My hair just like butter as everyone has said.

girl i think the longest i put my hair in thenmicrowave was 3 mins. I wash then saturate withn silicon(hair crack) then put i a ziplock or plastic back for 3 mins and let is cool while in the bag then wash in cold water. Its amazing even on kinky curl/straight hair.

Im learning so much from you ladies. I never thought to do that. But im curious should you only do this process for virgin hair? What about already processed hair?
