I purchased from her twice the first time I bought her curly hair and it was wonderful I got a 16,18,22 the 22 I believe wasn't true to length but it was fine. I loved the hair I literally wore it non stop for almost year and it still looks great granted now its more super wavy than curly now but I still love the hair.
I decided to order from her again in December because I wanted to purchase "quality" hair and I was tired of the hit and miss I got with aliexpress. I oreder her Burmese superwavy in 22, 24, 26. first the lengths were not true to length which pissed me off to no end because if I'm ordering long hair I want it to be long. the 22 was more like 18-19 with a strand or 2 hitting 22 I don't know If that one strand officially makes it 22? I would accepted it a little more if it was a 20inch. the 24 was like a 20-21 inch with a strand hitting 24 and the 26 was like a 24 inch again with a strand hitting 26.
other than that when I first installed the hair was gorgeous.. after about a week the 26 inch would tangle and matt up like nobody's business like I literally would have to detangle every morning and sometimes in the middle of the day as well. the 22 and 24 inch was fine. after a month I couldn't deal decided to take the hair out and give it a good deep condition paying a lot of attention to the 26 inch. that sort of worked at first. but then after installing again literally the same day it started tangling and matting up like cheap hair store hair.
decided to take it out again after a week and detangle again but this time when deep condition the hair just matted up and tangled to the point of no return I literally cannot detangle it a brush nor comb will go through it..
I cant go through that hair without force.. which rips out hair and I don't care anymore. I want to throw the hair away but I paid to much for it.
at that point it was less than 2 months since I had the hair contacted belle about the hair she asked if I cowashed the hair when I first received it I said yes. she asked if I used the recommended products I said yes since I had it from my last purchase with her. then she told me since the hair didn't do that when I first cowashed then I didn't get a bad bundle. I in response told her I bought cheap aliexpress hair which I knew wouldn't last that didn't tangle up at the first cowashed and last longer than her hair did.
she basically told me that there wasn't anything she could do since im out of the 7day return policy..
I understand that's fine but I asked her if she could give me a decent discount so I can repurchase another 26" since she advertise her hair is suppose to last a least 6 months to years. and not some 10% discount. something that shows she cares about me as a customer and I purchase almost $400 hair and its been a month and a half.
she responds with a 15% discount or maybe 20?
that one bundle alone at the time 150 (I see she discounted the hair since she has Burmese curly out now to 135) but anyways I will never buy from this company again. she most likely gets her hair from aliexpress again. just a bad experience I read the bad reviews before I purchased but decided to take a chance since I bought from her before.
