Missv213 - I'm glad you were able to take something away from this lesson. While I think being specific is important - I don't personally agree with his statement. His hair is processsed NOT virgin so that mess he gave you as a example was pure BS that he got from this site and decided to use. Yes, hair comes in various textures, densities and lusters but he PROCESSES hair - nothing aside from Virgin Chinese would I truly expect to be VIRGIN from him. Everything they send takes an acid bath so his version of Brazilian straight is just what he sent you as that's what he processed it to be. It's funny how he wrote that...at least to me

I've witnessed some detailed orders that he has messed up and his responses are pure comedy (one he said something to the effect "he has been so busy that he confused one order with another customers order...WTF?!! How is that supposed to be that customers problem?). I just hope going forward he does better with his work cause I wouldn't send him any kind of money if I knew I didn't have a recourse against his workmanship. No way, no ma'am.

Thank you (one can always count on you to give a real unbiased opinion)!!! I agree with you on all points.... I was actually shocked at how many people feel he should get a pass just because he is a CV. And that response he gave I think that is why I was so irritated cause he acts as if he really has true Brazilian hair that he offers like I'm boo boo the fool.

Keeping this in mind if I ever do decide to purchase from him. The no more paypal thing did make me major side eye...
