I got a refund on the first bottle of flat ironing creme I ordered. They emailed me TODAY and made a sorry excuse that they were understaffed (BS--we know this person is running this business out of their basement), and that I could ask the bank to refund my money. When you use a debit card, you basically lose that money.
Anyway, I told them I wanted the product I ordered. Who knows what will happen. It seems as though they are responding because of all of the bad comments out there because of their business practices.
