There's a local weavologist by the name of Bre that works out of her apartment in Brooklyn and she is the bomb.com Her place is so comfy and clean. She is a sweetheart, down to earth, and works quickly, she's so professional also. I preferred getting my hair done at her place rather than go to the salon because no one has to be in my face while I'm getting my weave installed. LOL
A friend of mine recommend me to her, and she is my new weavologist.
Anyway her rates are so affordable. For a full head install, she only charges $65 when should she should be really charging $100+ but she says says her price will not go up.
her services are: Traditional Installation $65 Net Weaves $75+ w/ Tightening $30 Weave Partial $45 Individual Tracks $10per row Wig Caps (glue) $50
She's in the process of building her professional photos, but she has client photos available upon request.
I recommend her, especially if you're not trying to spend a lot! Also the reason why her prices are so low is because she asks that you have your hair washed prior.
her email is weavesbybre@gmail.com

I went to her recently and I would not recommend at all. Yes my install was flat at the TOP of my head but towards the back she left wayyyyy to much leave out to the point where I had 2 ponytails My hair and the weave hair I could not wear it in a pony it was so bulky in the back of my head. she doesnt fully sew down the net either she sew's as she go's and towards the top of my head the net wasnt sewn down it was loose between the tracks. Lets just say her install was out of my head 3 days later, I got to her house around 4:18 in and afternoon between 4:18-4:45 she stopped and checked her phone 9 times I was so over it, I left her house @ around 6:20 she checked her phone another 11 times, as soon as I left her house I deleted her number I pretty much just gave her 85 bucks but oh well, so that was my experience. Hairgirl203 is my go to person the only reason I went to Bre was because I couldnt get ahold of hairgirl at the time.

Hi,
I'm looking for a Hair stylist in brooklyn. She/He most know natural hair and how to take care of it, and give treatments. As well, must be able to do a super weave - small cornrows, not tight and great closures using original methods or lace front closures and capability of doing an updo.
Please help because I can't find one.
Thanks.
