Just wanted to gush at how soft and moisturized my hair was after this treatment. I'm not usually one to whip out recipes but I had ripe avocados i needed to use before I lost them. So I mashed 2 of them up and added honey (maybe 2 or 3 tablespoons, not sure) and about 2 tbs olive oil. Applied to my dry hair and went under the dryer for 30 minutes, than rinsed and shampooed my hair. My hair came out so soft and hydrated I could have skipped on further conditioning if I wanted to! (I did follow up with Cantu Shea butter for natural hair deep treatment mask). The avocado mask will be part of my regular regimen from now on.
PS: I had slattered my hair and scalp with coconut oil a few hours before, until I thought of the avocadoes in my fridge, so that might have impacted the results as well. But for having done it many times, I know that coconut oil alone doesn't give me the type of results I had with the avocado mask.

Use a food processor to make the mixture smooth and you won't have anything stuck in your hair. Don't sleep on this. I can't rave about it enough

Lol, I can understand that. Mine were soft to the point that they were about to go to waste, which is why I used them. But given the results, I'll buy a few for consumption and reserve a few for hair
