Exactly. I told my little cousin how she needs to bathe and let her do it. I'm not about to be washing no childs ass after a certain age. I fix her water where it wont burn her & close the shower door. It teaches them how to be independent & also teaches them what is appropriate.

I'm sort of conflicted about this. In the US, I would say it's abnormal and shouldn't be done. In Japan, this is pretty normal and not seen as a big deal. I've been to public bath houses where mothers take their sons (5 and under) in with them and nobody bats an eye. I have male friends who have taken baths with their daughters and it's not a big deal at all. It is simply not viewed as a preditory or potentially sexual situation here. In the US, it's different because it is viewed that way.
I remember a few years ago, a Japanese man was arrested because someone who developed photos saw him taking a bath with his kid. It made national news in Japan and people just couldn't believe that would happen.

Men are quick to get offended, but it's just some things they don't understand. I'm just gonna keep it 100. Young girls don't need to interact with males in certain ways. For example, they don't need to sit on men's knees or laps the bigger they get. It's about boundaries.

The bigger question is what mother in right GAWDDAMN MIND would allow it? Find ways to make it happen by finding swim bottoms for the little girl? I would not believe this Chit if it wasn't for the picture and the articles attached to what I consider an abomination.

a long time ago my ex bf came to meet my family. my 3 yr old cousin wanted to sit on his lap so she kept trying to run and get up there. i really don't know why b/c they hadn't interacted. i could tell that he was trying to keep her from doing it but since he didn't know my family, he didn't really know what to say. my aunt said she's gonna be fast when she grows up. smh.

Makes sense. In the Dragon Ball Z anime clip I posted, the father taking a bath with his son seems "normal". Sure it's a cartoon but I guess it reflects the society the anime is placed in.
