well technically shower implies that the guest of honor will be "showered" with gifts.  this really isn't that kind of event. so i just picked another word that flowed with baby...party seemed to sound flat......Smile

i would say minnie riperton lovin you... but when she breaks into singing her daughters name.. i cry an ugly cry..lol.. so to avoid anyone else doing that.. leave that song alone.
