Has anyone ever used Goo Gone to clean/remove their lace wig instead of C-22?

As a child, i was super messy. always getting glue, gum, and whatever else sticky you could think of everywhere. I remember my mom had this thing called "goo gone" that she used to clean it all up.

When i got m first lace wig, i was trying SO hard to find that C-22 cheap, and when I got it...the first thing i noticed when i sprayed it was it was exactly like goo gone. I googled and saw that some people actually do use it to remove their lace wigs

So topic of discussion, would you get goo gone instead of the widely talked about C-22?

I mean, C-22 is sold on all the lace websites, it is one of the first products to come up when you are looking for lace wig removal supplies, so it does seem like the top pick. But for the lowest i found the C-22 for ($3.50 plus shipping/tax) i found Goo Gone for a little more than that price ($4.49 plus shipping/tax, for the spray bottle, but the non-spray goes for as low as $1. You could get that and invest in a cheap spray bottle or use an old one), with triple the amount (12oz vs. 4oz).

once my c-22 run outs, i think im going to get goo gone and see if it works just as good. the liquid smells and feels almost identical, so i would think it would!

I am a Goo Gone user, from day 1 (for 2 years). It's available anywhere.

I don't use Goo Gone any more, too grease.  I don't need any more oil on my skin.  I use Top Sol.  Luv it.  Thanks Nuffy
