2013 Body Goals
* Stay up on my overall health and stay up on appointments (Doctor's, Chiropractor, Acupuncture, etc...) increase cardiovascular, strength, and etc...
* Improve my flexibility (Possibly take DMSO/MSM, Yoga classes, russian techniqus, etc..)
* Lose unwanted fat and maintain as much curves as possible (hourglass waist, strong core, full firm-roung-lifted breast, maintain the booty-its already big round and lifted, 36D-30-45 <-just for now...)
* Tone, firm, thick shapely legs and smaller arms that are toned.
2013 non-body goals
* Help 3 to 6 people solve their financial or time issues.
* Grow natural hair to a full shoulder length or beyond. Learn how to make custom wigs and learn how to do invisible start twists. Stay up on the hair care.
* New wardrobe
* Start a blog
* Apply and get into a nursing program since I want to learn the skill.
* New full time job (Bio med, research, pharm, and etc..) just for now.
* Get mom a good amount each month.

I am currently 116lbs. No change on waist/hip ratio  Hips gained an inch in January and I have a 37" booty! I don't think my butt is bubblier....yet. Have been squatting with heavier weights. Increased from 82lbs to 112lbs.
*Added goals*
- Achieve 40" booty (since I am closer to 38" I realized that I need a bit more
)
- get waist down to 22" before Summer
- GPA 3.5 or more this semester or else no splurging on myself this semester
- smoother hair
| Update March:I lost the 4lbs gained in January  Gained 2lbs and now I am 114lbs  Lost an inch on hips and now they are back to 36" Lost an inch on waist, currently 25" Squatting 4x increasing weights as I go. Start at 132lbs and work my way up to 142lbs Still squatting twice a week. Need to cut down on running in the mornings/nights because that is making me lose weight! Current measurements: 32C-25-36 Goal: 32D-22-40

^ Lucky! My thighs have recently grown to 22" with a LOT of weighted leg workouts at the gym. My goal is AT LEAST 23"! I don't know why I grow so easily in my butt yet not at all in my thighs!

Well, my booty is now 40.25"! Hurrah! And my hair in the back is already down to my shoulders (a little past my shoulders if it's wet or pulled straight). And this cold I have right now is helping with my irregularity, so my stomach is already getting more toned on its own. Looking to buy a 6-7" reduction corset (to replace my 4-5" reduction one), so maybe that will be able to get me to my summer goal in time. If I get one that's shorter than this one, I'll be able to wear it for longer hours during the day, too, so that will speed up my results (my current corset digs in and leaves marks on my hip bones). I guess I should add that my end goal includes at least 23" thighs (hopefully by building hamstrings, not the quads that I already have too much of).

wooooooo forgot about this!!!! im now a svelte 153lbs. basically lost an inch on my whole body but i loooooooooove how tight everything is. and as of last night im trying to cut out all drinks except water

Just do it! I quit drinking soda 10 years ago and it was hard as hell to do it because I quit it cold turkey with no baby steps but in less than a year I didn't miss it at all!
