Wash you body as you normally would, then apply the scrub to wet skin. You can make sugar scrub at home by combining sugar, honey, and olive oil in a bowl.

Try a vitamin C serum. I just started using a serum with vit C and carrot extract in it and my skin is glowing.

Lactic Acid peels. I put it on my knees, feet, back of my hands, and elbows too. I sometimes use microfiber cloths on my face as well. Other than that Raw African Black Soap is my daily cleanser; it seems to exfoliate pretty well.

I haven't done this in a while, but using brown sugar and lime juice (you want to make it kind of runny) on my body in the shower before wetting my skin gives the silkiest, smoothest skin ever!!! I used to do this especially before going over my boyfriend's house Embarrassed (I might have to start doing this again).

Makeup wise- I like using this on my cheeks

and I like using this on my legs over baby oil gel

Sometimes I use it as a highlight on my face too

Of course drinking enough water keeps your skin from looking dehydrated. I take a cod liver oil supplement as well, and I plan on adding vitamins B3 and B5 to my daily supplements.

A few months ago, I found some honey in my mother's cabinet that had been there so long it had turned to sugar (it was way in the back of the highest cabinet so I guess my mother didn't know it was there--she just kept buying more honey).  I started using that to exfoliate and my skin glowed like no other.

Too bad I ran out of the stuff.  I might just get a bottle of honey and let it sit for a while until it turns to sugar.
