Right now, I'm alternating daily between St. Ive's Apricot Scrub - Renew & Firm formula and Block & White Whitening Soap.  The results are giving me a really super smooth, even toned glowing skin!

I always use a god facial cleanser and scrub before I go to bed because at night, your skin rejuvenates itself and will give you a sexy glow then I use my Clean and CLear Morning Glow to give it some extra glow and I also use salt/sugar scrubs and a good moisturizer at night to give the rest of my body that glow

I no longer have tiny bumps on my forehead, which I haven't been able to say in about 4 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the results of the Shielo Complexion Scrub. The scrubber is very effective and make sure to exfoliate with your hands after. Worth trying!

I use Nubian Heritage Black Soap, I moisturize with Johnson and Johnson's baby lotion. I need something better to exfoliate with but for now I use I bath brush with St. Ives apricot scrub.

I drink plenty of water. Minimimun 2 liters a day. I've been taking coconut oil internally for weight loss, but it seems to brighten the skin  before it really gets to work on your diet. My mother asked (more like cried and screamed) if I was pregnant because I was glowing so much. LOL

The fruit enzymes found in papayas are know to aid and accelerate healing in skin disorders such as acne. In addition, the fruit enzymes gently exfoliate the skin. That is what I call a win/win situation.

What you need:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • Half-a-cup fresh papaya
  • 1 tablespoon honey

To see what you do, just read more

What you do:

  1. Purée the fruit in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add honey and blend until the mixture makes a smooth paste.
  3. Apply mask to clean skin on your face and neck. Gently steaming your pores open before applying the mask will increase the benefits of it.

I use this mask once a week and it keeps my skin even, smooth and bright.
