OMG ok she has officially pushed me over the edge...she isn't answering any of my emails and she's erasing all of the messages I put on her facebook page.
 
I'm going to Houston later this week to file in small claims court!! I swear to GOD I'm going to sew her for every dollar I can...time off work...mental anguish...the cost of the $648 I had to spend buying new hair..traveling expenses I spent getting there and back and I'm filing a complaint with the FTC Consumer Protection!!!!!

This is so sad that you all have to go through all of this just to get refunded for some hair you're unhappy with.  I've seen this mess occur with CVs, but not like this with AVs.  Terrible business practice.  It would be cheaper and definitely more professional for her business to just refund the money.
 
I guess she doesnt realize how much potential business she's turning away with this thread still going strong.

Good luck Super22, I let my credit card company handle it. If i was in the US I would sue her too. I paid for some hair that I never even received and was giving a fake tracking number. So I can not feel bad for this chick at all.

What is really messed up is that I am scared now to order something from another small seller or from the M2M section. If somebody cheats me then I can't do much about it. No small claims court to file with. There is only one seller I trust here but she only sells wigs. SMH.

Wow! I cant believe she hasnt rectified this. How does she expect to keep her business going? She gave me a partial refund and I was happy to move on--fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I learnt my lesson with this chick....no moreOuch

Well I filed a formal complaint with the BBB in Texas. Hopefully this will get her butt into doing something.

It may but I doubt many if any of these chicks register as "businesses" or even pay/file income taxes on these "businesses". Report her arse to the IRS.
 
Y'all need a FB page to expose these scam businesses.

She did respond to the BBB complaint and said that it was "lost" by UPS. Her reply was pissy ass hell. I just want my money back. I am so tired of this actually.
