Im fairly new to this site and I actually started the fish oil rub on yesterday. I am starting a new journey in my life as far as the way my body looks when I look at it. Im looking to loose this muffin top because I want a flatter stomach and bigger booty..To me I believe that I have "booty do"..I have more stomach then booty do!!..So if you know of any methods please help!!

Girl me toooo ! I've been Doing 30 day shred and my waist
Has gone down but my muffin top seems to not be going anywhere !
I workout 5 times a week and eatin clean so idk
I'm going to google some work outs for " lOve handles" and back fat
Because that's also my issue ; I do cardio but like I said I will be looking
Into workouts that targets that

Can u tell me about ur 30 day shred?? I talked to a couple of ppl and I was told that I would have to build my muscles and sweat the rest of it off by doing planks. I also did some research on workouts for muffin tops, love handles, and booty. I'm not sure if ur familiar with video vixen Buffie the body but I love her shape. She has a YouTube channel Bodynomics with her workouts that she does and there is a workout for muffin tops/love handles.

have you heard of the mo butta belly stuff? or the booty cream or oil? that stuff really work good cus alot of people using it. somebody said on amazon that the belly cream made them drop two dress sizes in time for a wedding.Big smile

I started my 30ds on nov 5 , Ive been doing the exercises 2 wks for each cycle ; I should've been done by the 14 th but I slacked a bit ; I started day 3 like 2 days ago; so far I've love 3 inches on my waist; I started at 32 but I'm a 29/28 ( I fluctuated during the day so I just say 29 ) I like it but I feel like my muffin top is ughh ! My back fat has gone down and so has my belly because I was looking at my before pics; I nowhere near where I wanna be so ima do another round o 30ds when I'm done w this one; I ALS uses a waist trimming belt that I got from walmart (golds gym ) like $5 I believe that is helping me; this mobutta stuff sounds good Thoe so I'm going to look int that also maybe for the new year

Just an update . I measured myself today an my waist is 27 1/2 inches and my "muffin top" is 32 1/2 inches last week I was at 28 inches and my muffin was at 33 so I'm excited ! I wish u luck on your journey !
