Gay marriages in the church??

However, I can only speak for myself but I have friends who feel the same way. I'm catholic and go to church when I feel the need to but I also understand the beliefs of my religion.

ok, well I'm happy for you & I just want everyone to be treated & respected equally.  The exclusion is not fair.  The other side I was talking about is taking a stand for what is right, even if its not popular.  If we had the same attitude of oh well, they dont want us in that workplace or in that college, we would have never gotten affirmative action.  Its easy to give up, it takes courage to fight for what's right

The same can definitely be said about you.  You don't have to do a thing, because you can't do a thing.  What you said was baseless & very weak indeed.
