I think it's wrong to force a church to marry gay couples, that's going too far especially since the whole argument for gay marriage was that religion and state should be separate in the eyes of the law I can see why ppl think forcing a church to marry a gay couple would be out of spite I agree with NYC, go somewhere you are loved and accepted Forcing a church to do that is now infringing on their religious rights and beliefs | should religious entities have tax exempt status? |
nope nor do i think they should receive public funding. they need to completely separate.

You also rejected the Lord and Christ, so I wouldn't expect you to understand
| Bottom line. Non-believers come with a viewpoint that Christianity as a whole is a religion of fools so they aren't going to accept any argument Christians make concerning biblical views on homosexuality, forgiveness, marriage, sex, and sin.
I thought Oladunni's posts were insightful and showed restraint despite the many insults and disrespect that were posted about you and Christianity as a whole.
A few BHM members have a black/white mentality: either you are pro-gay or homophobic, and there is nothing in between. You either accept homosexuality, champion for it, and wave your pom poms high in the air, or you are just a bigot with a heart full of hate. This is why I just sit back and let the "cheerleaders" do their thing, because they aren't going to change, and I'm not neither.
It's entertaining to read some of these posts from those who don't believe in God, yet want to lecture Christians on what their faith is, and what God has said. Yes I believe churches shouldn't be forced to conduct gay marriages by law. And if a church/minister willingly wants to perform such ceremonies, that's fine with me as well.

nah bunny you're wrong.. When you are ashamed of something or if you know something is a sin , you should turn a way from your sin..... you won't accept it as your ID. point blank. Hide it No. Be prideful No..

So since sex before marriage is a sin, I'm assuming you only did it once, became ashamed because its a sin and haven't done it again until you get married.

Actually since you're so interested in my life!.... I don't have sex.....It's a struggle but i've been good..and don't see my falling anytime soon.. next question?

Can I at least ask why the topic in the OP and the article linked are the opposite of each other? Am I just misreading it? The priests were being told that they could NOT perform same sex marriage and were doing it anyway in defiance of the Church.
I'm sorry. I know I'm trying to be on topic on page 18/19. I'm just lost and have no one to ask now.

Exactly!!! I was thinking the same thing! That is what the article is saying, but since the thread went the way it did, I responded accordingly.
