There's no point, trust me. Walk away before the other crew gets here.
Either you are 100% for gay marriage or youre a hypocritical homophobe. Gay people were born gay, God made them this way. Then apparently changed His mind sometime after the fact and made it a sin to be gay.
I mean, how DARE you be black and not be accepting of gay rights. After all it is the same right?
What a shame.

I'mma need yall to know the difference btw same & similar in 2013. So sick & tired of when something is stated to be like something others are quick to point out how it is not.

A red delicious is NOT a gala, golden, empire, granny smith, fuji, or rome apple. Yes they are all apples, YES they are SIMILAR, no the are NOT THE SAME.
Gay rights are not the same as blk rights. But they are similar. Stop focusing on the differences & focus on the similarities

Girl i know! I'm just over here sealing the ends of these box braids and typing my beliefs! I know i am not going to change the mind of these non believers.
| Was that the point? To change minds? "These non believers," gee, it makes things sound so exclusive, like you belong to some kind of country club. Is that the point of religion?

If people want to hear an alternate religious view of homosexuality, Matthew Vines did a really interesting lecture about it. I can see people disagreeing with the points he makes, but he makes some really solid arguments for why the Bible doesn't really condemn homosexuality. He did a lot of research about the historical context of when the Bible was written to break why the several passages used contemporarily to condemn homosexuality are actually referring to something else. I enjoyed it, but it's long. Just tossing it out there.

He is a liar... The bible says homosexuality is a sin and not referring to something else. There are plenty of passages in the bible that discuss men having sex with other men .. its a sin

He talks about them all. I'm not telling you to agree with it or even watch it. I'm just saying there's an alternative view and it's a view that a lot of people share.

And he's not lying. You can argue that he's misguided, but he wholeheartedly feels this way.
