Topic: Gay Male Names Posted: Jan 21 2014 at 11:01pm |
I know this sounds crazy but it seems like most gay Black men that I encounter have names like Daquan, Tyquan, Rashaad, Davonte, Trashon, etc. Am I tripping or is this prevalent around your parts too? It's like they have a certain ring to them. It's to the point where I hear a name and think off bat that there is a 75% chance that bruh is gay.

Lamar.
It doesn't mean that they're gay but ....all the Lamar's I knew from elementary school and on up were gay very effeminate and limber. That was my boy tho. Could always count on him for a game of Barbie or She-Ra.

Where do you live at? Atlanta? They sound like average black men names. But if you're in Atlanta this will all make sense.
