having the vast majority black is not automatically a good thing, especially when it's one of the most dangerous places in Americahaving the vast majority black is not automatically a good thing, especially when it's one of the most dangerous places in America.  without a diversified city, the gov resources and corporations are not going to show up.  black cities get left behind.

One of the safest areas in America is made up of all black neighborhoods. The original Black Wall Street was one of the most prosperous areas in American history-- race notwithstanding. White people weren't having it though.

On the contrary, one of the most dangerous states in America today (if not the most) is a state ran by esse's.

Let me be clear: I'm not arguing against diversity (if such a thing were even possible). I don't have an agenda against any race or culture. I'm just bringing awareness to the obvious that there is no diversity.

Blacks have to realize that self-sufficiency is the only way we are going to get anywhere.

that's all fine but when it comes down to it, on a wider scale, across the country, communities that have the majority Black populations are the ones that suffer the most edu, employment, and crime wise.  self sufficiency is the best way to get around that but to be realistic it will take some decades.  there are no real jobs or money being pumped into these communities to even get a running start.  you named Detroit as one of your fav cities b/c of this but Detroit is not doing well, at all.

You kinda just proved my point. Education is government. A lot of business is bank/government. Government is largely made up of the anti-black/upper-class establishment. That's our problem. We think that we're actually going to get anywhere on some "I fux with everybody...free world...we got about 300 dollaz huh D-BO?" tip when all the other races and cultures are like "F*** Brothaz! I GOT about 300 dollaz!" at the end of the day.

how does any community save themselves without government assistance or a massive donor?

Business is the only way. But black people can't keep a store or restaurant open for longer than 6 months! Prices be TOO DAMN HIGH!

Yes! Exactly.

The Irony is, we all agree those were the times we were the strongest. Yet, we act like we don't know WHY we were. It's because we were SELF-SUFFICIENT. There was no "yeah move into our area",  "yeah open your business here", "yeah treat us however you want and we'll forgive and defend you" BS.

The funniest part about everything to me is through all this talk of DIVERSITY (lol) black people statistically are more and more moving to cities like an Atlanta. So basically, you're championing diversity, yet you recognize there's more opportunity in areas where blacks have power--  LOL which contradicts what you stand for.

Face it: If not for racial awareness (All the 60 year old/militant/civil movements), self-segregation (choosen, not forced), and the like, blacks would be a lot worse off than we are right now.

To quote Penn&Teller, "Diversity...Is Bull-sh*t!"

The most prosperous areas for whites= White self-sufficiency

The most prosperous areas for Asians= Asian self-sufficiency

The most prosperous areas for Esses= Esse self-sufficiency

The most prosperous areas for Blacks= Black self-sufficiency

Blacks have been stagnant for the last 40 years because we been on some "free world" mumbo jumbo. Get off that and we'll be fine.

i do love being in a city where there are more educated and career oriented black people but i chose Atlanta b/c of the cost of living, primarily.  My classrooms and workplace is still mixed.

what other areas where black people have the most power+numbers, also have the more opportunity?  i'd seriously like to know b/c i can see myself moving out of here.

Don't get me wrong MsW, I wasn't specifically calling you out or anything. I was simply making my point that cities like Chicago and Atlanta are ideally "anti-diverse". So it's ironic considering black people as a whole believe media lie about diversity and togetherness, yet are well aware that their opportunities are better in areas that champion a more racially independent approach.

As far as your question, I can name quite a few places. Don't know if I should put it out there on this board though.

gannon, i see what you are saying and agree. however, your delivery on the first page was all wrong.  some of y'all brothas have things to say but you come across disrespectful and condescending while making a point. the message gets lost in the delivery.
