They make it in plus size, but I am not sure she is wearing any because you can see that god awful signature stomach crease.

yeah i see it, whoever dressed her/made recommendations must not gaf about her.but i would imagine if she did wear a body shaper that it would be really uncomfortable so maybe she opted for comfort rather than glamor. sheit i aint mad at her for that

Im sure she tells the stylist what she is going to wear and what she isn't going to wear. I heard she is nothing nice.

Spanx make you look way worse when you have a lot of extra fat because it makes one area look smooth and tight by forcing the fat away from that area. It just creates more bulges above/below/beside the area of the spanx.
I find that for larger women, first and foremost it's best to make sure you're wearing the correct size and cut/style of clothing. And then full coverage seamless panties, a correctly fitted bra, and a slip if necessary.
ETA: Fabric is a huge issue too. She should never wear that type of clingy fabric because it only calls attentions to bulges, creases, etc.

Honestly I don't like spanx or any of those kinds of body shape wear. I do better just sucking my stomach in..lol  to me they're uncomfortable, and add more poundage to u.JMO
