Im gon say it.....He prolly couldn't afford five kids and a disable spouse with the job. Get mad.
So I talked to two people that are currently in support court and this is what they said and asked:
I need to know how long has he been out of work?
Why hasnt he opted to get it taken out of his unemployment? He can still pay his support out of his unemployment through the court cashier.
You have to be severely behind for them to take him to jail and they will suspend his license first.
For him to be getting his check garnished she had to show the court he wasn't dependable.
Technically she isnt breaking the law by refusing visitation if he hasnt been making his payment due to the fact support and visitation are written in their contract and his non-payment is a breech. Basically the courts will side with her....support comes first.
OP isnt telling the whole story.
As a family why havent you all tried to help him if your so upset.
