I tried faux bleaching and the make up wont wash from the lace on my wig, it has been stained a slightly orangey color, it was transparent like my skin, how do I get the make up out? is it ruined?

It usually doesn't wash of for a few washes for me. Like 5+. Maybe try a clarifying shampoo or soak it in a little water, shampoo and baking soda mixture. Rub the lace lightly. It should take some of it off.

You may want to try a fabric spot remover Hsn sells a good one called Amodex which removes even ink just make sure to shampoo afterwards so its not left on the weft too longWink

Sistahollywood,

Do you think the fabric spot remover would work to remove brassiness from the lace after bleaching?  I have used the shimmer lights on it which has toned it down quite a bit but I can still see a hue of teh oranginess and would like a better remedythan just applying foundation to cover.
