Hi, everyone.
This challenge sounds good. I desperately want to gain 20 lbs. I'm 5'1" and weigh 101 lbs. I tried Periactin in the past with success. I went to a doctor because of lack of appetite and he prescribed them. I may try them again especially now since I can get them without a prescription.
Dohdoh 14, how did it go with the ectoplan tablets? I've wanted to tried them for a while, but was skeptical because there weren't any ingredients listed on the website.
Happy Weight Gaining!!!

Thanks, Dohdoh 14, for ectoplan ingredients list. The Periactin gave me a good appetite. I stopped taking them because I ran out and never got around to getting another prescription.
Thanks, Romeosgirl81, for the info on Weight Gain Plus.

I'm not sure dohdoh_14. I just really started eating like a pig since Saturday. So I have to count them. I have been drinking a protein shake before bed. I also ordered some Ensure yesterday along with some weight gainer 1850, and the Per pills. I'm not exactly sure how to spell it, so I don't want to mess it up. Mondau i'm going to start my crunches cause I don't want a gut. Thanks for the compliment and the warm welcome!!

Periactin is the truth!!! I STAY HUNGRY, and if you don't eat, it gives you MAJOR hunger pains!! This morning my stomach was hurting like menstral cramps but after I ate breakfast they disappeared. I gained 2 lbs in 2 days!!

Hi everyone,
I noticed this thread started way back in june06, but if it isn't too late, I would like to join this challenge.
I am 5'9.5" and 131 lbs...
I had been 141 last year, but college life (moving into my own apartment and having to cook for myself instead of relying on cafeteria food) caused me to lose my 'Sophomore 13' that I gained during my 2nd year of college. I really miss that weight, and I want it back!
I am going to try to have 3 full meals a day (that means waking up early and having a big breakfast instead of skipping). I think I just need more calories during the day. I want to gain this weight without supplements. When I gained it my sophomore year, i was eating about 4 full meals a day, and I was playing tennis at least twice a week. I was so excited to gain it...for so many years, my New Years Resolution had been to gain 5 or 10 lbs and it always failed. Now I succeeded, and I've lost it again.
Hopefully in the next few months it'll come back, but I know it's not going to be easy.
