Topic: Dominican Products Posted: 20 Feb 2010 at 3:46pm |
hey everyone does anyone in here use Dominican products for their hair? ive used wheat germ and i love how it makes my hair feel. For those that use them how has it benefited your hair?. here are some other Dominican products I don't buy them from off line(because i live in Nyc) their in every bss I come across. http://www.roundbrushhair.com/conditioner.aspxand this lady gives a review on all the products she uses, and tells you how to use them..since most of the labels are in Spanish. http://www.aleida.net/hair-en.html

There are a couple of threads about dominican products in the Shampoo and conditioners section.

I've been so interested in Silicone Mix. But it gets mixed reviews but I've been afraid to try it. If anyone would like to share their opinion on it, good or bad, please do.

Silicon Mix is great! I'm currently using the Bambu version which is the newest one but the original one is very good too. I've never tried the pearl one but one thing to be cautious about w/ Silicon Mix is that it will leave buildup on your hair. If you use it every week or so, switch it up and/or clarify to get better results. I haven't tried many Dominican products but I like Lacio Lacio and another product called RR Line Finish Cream, which doubles as a deep conditioner and a leave in. I also want to purchase Rolland UNA Moisturizing Masque next! The last few products I named are actually Italian products commonly used in Dominican salons.

This conditioner is a favorite of mine. I started using it in the Fall 2009 and so far I am loving it. I have almost finished my first jar of it, and definitely plan to rebuy it.

I love my Silicon Mix. I've been eyeing that wheat germ conditioner for a while now. I think I will pick it up on my next bss run this week.

The only dominican product I have is lacio lacio...and i luv it...keeps my flat ironed hair moisturized and shiny. I wanted to try miss keys 10 en 1 but they were sold out at the store. I'll try it eventually. Oh and I wanna try silicon mox too, heard great things about that
I'll pass on the whale sperm though...

Went and bought the wheat germ conditioner yesterday and used it and I think I have found another dominican staple conditioner. I also bought Silicon leave-in. My hair is feeling absolutey fabulous.

I always see this conditioner but have never bought it. I guess I have an arsenal of dominican conditoners that work for me already and I am trying to recover from pjism.
Please share your review if you do decide to try it.
