Hello All,

I have dark brown hair and would like to try a new color.  My hair is natural and I do not want permanent hair color.  Is there a temporary hair dye I can use or is my hair too dark?

my hair varies from red brown to dark brown depending on the weather and i have dyed both to lighter browns( cant leave the brown alone can i ) using semi perminant bcause i dont want permi and they have lightened....i use clairol and just leave it on a little longer like 5 mins longer than suggested to get the color or sit under a dryer.
i do because nots of my hair is now natural and need more time to soak in the color

To the best of my knowledge, any time a person takes their hair from dark to light, it is a permanent process. You can dye it darker later, but know that the lightening process is a permanent change that does not fade over time like going from light to dark does.
