Hi Ladies,

I've been doing my research here on Chinese units.  I have one that I really loved.  It has a light wave (processed) and is also colored.

I've had it a little over a month & I have followed the directions on sealing knots, washing instructions, & the like & the unit tangles just about with every wash.  This is also in addition to using the best of products.

I used  Head & Shoulders as one post suggested.  The hair was super soft, but yet still tangled in some spots, so finally, I did the bleach bath.  It untangled in some spots, but some other spots were still very matted.

I'd had it, & contacted the vendor.  She offered to have it repaired for me,  which is fine & I will have done, but I'm wondering what is the actual problem here?  I don't want to waste time sending it back, for the unit to give me the same issues.  Do you think it's over processed?  Or what gives?

Based on the reviews you ladies give on your Chinese units, I don't think I should be having this much trouble even if it is processed.....Confused

I say do what sexi said with the avc rinse and then after that with each wash use more conditioner than shampoo. It sounds like the hair needs moisture. Find you a good moisture conditioner.

Sexi--thanks so much.  I don't use any product on it at all.  I guess what I meant was, I am using top quality products to wash & condition, however, I will definitely use your suggestions.

Thank you, also, Sweetyangel.

We'll see....Embarrassed

you don't need to soak, just use like a rinse, pour it on eveny, after you've mixed it with some water and rinse it off..
