I plan on working out for 10-20 minutes in the morning and then 30 minutes later on in the day. By working out twice a day will I see faster reults in less time?

P.S. does yoga count as a workout?

Working out twice a day could give you results, but it also depends on what you are eating also, and how many calories you are burning during those workouts.

During these workout you also need to bust a sweat - if your not sweating you'll need to increase the intensity of the workout. You won't necessarily see faster results but you will see something as long as your diet is healthy. Keep in mind some people work out once a day for 60 min and they don't see "faster" results but with proper nutrition it does pay off.

You won't see "faster" results...you're increasing the calorie burn. You accomplish the same thing by just working out for 50mins in the morning.

And i agree with Diva...you really need to breaking a sweat during those workouts. 10-20mins is pretty short.

20 minute workouts are actually better if your doing HIIT(high intensity interval training) where you are changing the level of intensity throughout the 20mins start off at a slower pace and keep increasing the level until you feel it's too much then decrease the intensity back to the begining, alternating the level throughout the 20mins. It's beneficial because even after your workout is done you continue to burn  calories if your interested in trying it you can read more @  http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw40.htm

School doesn't give me the time to workout that long and I don't think I could go that long LOL

There are alot of vids on youtube you can go to and get a good 10min workout that will get your heart rate up.

Put in cardio workouts...there is a lady on there from sparkpeople that has a 10 min jump rope routine...if 10mins is all you have try that. There are many others as well.

If 10mins is all you have make the best of it. Good luck.
