I got this idea from

They are selling 3 tubes of Ultrahold Adhesive for $37.00.  You get .5 oz for this price. And if you want they will refill them for $8.00.  Although I don't use Ultrahold I liked the concept of the mess-free application.  So I brought lipgloss from the BSS for .99.  Emptied the lipgloss out & refilled it using a small funnel with the adhesive I use which is Perma Rite #1 plus.  This makes  applying the Perma Rite a breeze & mess-free!!!  Here are pics of what I used.  Hope this helps someone as much as it has helped me!!!

This funnel set is sold at Walmart 4 different sizes in a pack for $1.50
The smallest funnel fits the lipgloss perfect to pour the adhesive into it.

******Be sure to only pour the adhesive a little over halfway because when the lipgloss brush is inserted into the lipgloss bottle it pushes the adhesive up to the top.  This prevents a spill.*******

 Lipgloss Brush

Lipgloss bottle with Perma Rite #1 plus inside

As you can see you can take this any & everywhere you go.....even as a carry-on when flying

I used a hair clip to hold the tubes upside down & suspended it on a small rope attached from above to hang down.  The lipgloss drained out into a cup I placed underneath it.

I forgot to mention that after I emptied the lipgloss out I soak both the lipgloss bottle & lipgloss brush in a cup of 91% alcohol.  That way it's clean & residue free.  Also it is best if you buy a plastic/acrylic lipgloss so that if you drop it, it won't shatter or break.

BTW: purple.chuckz....yes I'm definitely considered a lady MacGyver....LOLLOL

I gotta go get me some lip gloss to throw away. Cause you know I use the Perma #1. I just hope that it doesn't dry out. Gotta keep the cap on tight. Thanks much.Hug

Looks like Sophia(Capelli's) has a good idea there. Seems kind noof expensive.

Yes good idea..but i really wish i could find an applicator like the one she uses. I've been looking for months if anyone comes around something like that please post. ThanksSmile

Oh also i know there are lipstick applicators out like that....at least I've seen the brush. Not sure if they are squeezable. But to be able to squeeze the applicator and not get air in it(so it wont dry out) is great. squeezing from the bottom like you would do toothpaste. But that price is crazy.IMO
