 Topic: Thank you All! *progess!*

Thanks to all of the encouragement. Besides all of the of the blood, sweat, tears, my boyfriend AND boss nagging me, people saying I could not grow my hair long, I AM FINALLY BSL. Right in time for my birthday too (October 6!). I am grateful that I found this website and I never knew my hair could grow so fast, even with the Megatek.
I went from this

P.S. Do not ever let anyone tell you that you cannot grow your hair! My boyfriend is laying next to me and as soon as I finished straightening my hair out, I slapped him a couple of times with it, and enjoyed every moment of doing so  . No, serious ladies, growth comes eventually!

Excellent. You are truly an inspiration. that was five months. I just started using Mega Tek. Get this, My DH has jokes about my hair obssession. I told him that there is a hip length challenge. He said for who, Spanish and White women? Now you know I read his a$$. His Indian or should I say Cooley hair was very long back in the day. He is under the impression that black women can't grow their hair that long. Then he remixed it and said well if they can, it'll take them until 2015. I'm gonna' show his behind what protective styling can do. When I reach APL a few month and then BSL soon after that so I can slap him with it just like you. I'm so motivated by naysayers. ENJOY GURRL!

LOL thanks ladies. Shortee, my man is Indian/african from Guyana so I feel your pain. Now we both have pretty hair. Wait til his Indian aunt sees this one.

Girl you definately did something right!!! Your hair has grown soooooo much in such little time. Congrats. Your hair looks fabulous.
