Krylon spirit gum is all that I currently use. It only takes a second to apply and while it is wet, you attach your unit. Very, very easy to clean off your head and lf. What I really like about it, is that it is gentle for my head. However, my attachment only lasts about a couple days. I have just purchased Krylon medical adhesive. I think that the hold is a lot stronger.

I have only used it for fixes. It has a nice hold but I have tested it for how long it stays. You do need the remover or it will leave miniscule crystals on your skin. When you apply, it really holds tight.

I use only Masitx P SG now. I put a thin layer over 2 thin layers of Hollisters MA. I get a 4 day hold. I clean it with 91% alcohol and/or C-22. Clean up is easy!

SG never worked for me. Maybe I am too oily...I use tape now.

Yeah I would have to agree also with meangirl76 SP really never worked for me either. I have really oily skin!!!
I think the adhesive combo to is more of a trial and error
I have finally found a combonation of things that really give me a great hold ( I sweat alot and have very oily skin)..........
- Invisibond,-
- secure(love it)
- Endurabond (nape area and sides)
- Pro flex no shine tape
.
......I am planning on using that same combo on my honeymoon in Jamaica in 2 about weeks. I will be there for 10 days so I'll see it holds up there!!!

what are the most invisible adhesives? No crust no whiteness no shine? I am most concerned with it not being detectable. I don't care if people think I am wearing a wig or not; I just want to look classy with a nice, clean app. Any suggestions? Thanks! I'm a newbie

I have used Mastix P spirit gum with tape it will hold only on the front for me. The hold will last only about a day or two. Maybe the oily skin is the problem. I dare not try it in the gym or pool!!  I am still looking for that strong hold since I will be on vacation next month.

I love it. It gives you a flawless app. It only holds a day or so which is perfect for me cause I change my wigs daily.
