Yes it's called AMlactin

You can get the Lactic Acid from lotion crafters as was already stated and mix 4 tbl spoons in St Ives lotion I use the coconut milk one or Jergens is recommended. The lotion has perservatives in it already so you don't have to worry yourself with adding any.

I use the less complicated version of everything as to not overwhelm myself.

Think it depends on what percentage you make the lotion and how often you use it. I haven't noticed any lightening of my skin at all but I felt the difference the next day.

Gurl its expensive here too but recently everything else gives me major hives.......st. ives.....Luberderm......eucerin...shea butter......EVERYTHING.Cry I can't even use Jergens ore Vaseline lotion.....so I have to just pay the price....and Cereve(sp?) is more than cetaphil.  I usually stick with an oil mix of Grapeseed and Macadamia.......

oh my, we need a thread for oils alone! lol. I love grapeseed oil on my skin (for hair too). Does anyone else like sweet Almond or hazelnut oil on their face? I do.
