Have you noticed your hair looking a little dull on day 2 of your wash and go? I just did it yesterday for the first time and my hair is looking a little dusty. Definitely not shiny like yesterday when it dried. Is that normal? Thanks.

Are you using a silicone free conditioner?  Also did you use a apple cider vinegar to seal the cuticle and make the hair shiny?  Hopefully more people will chime in since I loosely follow the CG method.

Yeah, I'm using tresemme naturals. How do I use apple cider vinegar to seal the cuticle? Do I apply it before adding the condish? Do I rinse it out or leave it in?

i don't follow the cg method, but i have heard that for the first 2 weeks, your hair goes through an adjustment period where it doesn't act/look its best...but once you get past those 2 weeks, it's all gravy.
