If she plans to stick around for her family she better get healthy and in her case that certainly begins with losing weight. No other way around it. And if she is healthy at the moment, which I doubt, it is only a matter of time. The heart is not meant to pump through 400lb of body and you will not find any substantiated text to the contrary.

Yes, skinny women do it and they're doing it because they lack somethin too. Instead of assuming she lacks an education or anything else I'm going to assume its bc she's incapable of making money any other way. Sick men on the Internet are sick whether they are paying for skinny bishes or morbidly obese ones. Men on the net are sick. You tried it though.
