Anybody here got it yet or has been sick with a bad cold??
Me hell yeah!! Me and my kids have been sick off and on since last month  
What have you been doing to get better ??Any home remedies you like to share??

Take a shower/bath, and then slather your feet with vicks vapor rub. Put on mid calf/knee socks. This damn near stops my coughing immediately.

No and I really hope I don't either.
I normally don't get sick like that anyway although last year I had the worst cold ever. Had my voice nearly gone, I was coughing so bad I was coughing up blood, my ribs were sore and I could barely lay on my side or sleep.

Having little ones in skool its hard to avoid it but when i home schooled them I ddint even know it was flu season ..We didnt get sick at all that year.........................

I do not get sick when its flu season and I don't f with the flu shot.
Stay hydrated and take vitamin c daily (during and after flu season).

I have never had the flu and I would like to keep it that way. My roomate stay gettin sick, I swear she has the worst immune system. Ugh. Imma stay farrrrrr away from her.  |
