i used fish oil for 6 months although if i had stuck with it and not tried other oils in between it would've only taken me 4 months cause i gained an inch a month with it

its on the first page of my booty progress thread but to summarize

1 fish oil cap per butt cheek every night(did not wash it off) with coco butter lotion for smell

It doesnt matter the brand i used the 1000mg fish oil in the twin pack that you can buy at walmart if u can get a lemon flavored or unscented that would be better to help with the smell tho

Do you think that method would work on boobs too. im trying to get a bigger butt/hips and boobs and at the same time trying to get a flat tummy and smaller thighs. what do you think

Also, would rubbing fish oil on hips and putting the wrap on it help narrow hips be curvy?
