Fish oil Booty

I got my maca online at iherb.com. I Dnt think they sell in stores tho.

Spring Valley at Walmart they have a twin pack for 6$ you break open two capsules for two cheek, wrap them in seran wrap, put some raggedy shorts on, leave it on overnight.

Make sure to use a vitamin e lotion because you will get scratch marks if you don't.

you can use a smell good lotion if you want to mask the smell.. it does have a light fishy odor, the smell isn't something you want to get use to but its way better than most of the brands out there.

Everybody has different ways of using it idk which one would be best and wat brand of fish oil would be best
