@Twites, @blaque_diamond yes, I do squats and I increase the
weight I lift while doing squats to 112lbs, 4x8. Then I read on the squat
challenge about doing more repetitions with heavy weights; so now I do 4x12. I wonder if
maybe that's the problem because last week I was 37" and a couple nights ago I was wondering why my butt looked smaller..... I am back to 36"!!!! I am so bummed about that because I gained that inch so fast and now I lost it! I am on a mission : I am applying fish oil 3 times daily on the days that I do not work/go to college, so that makes the other 4 days of the week only one application. My plan is to see if this will help me gain that inch (and perhaps a couple more) back. One girl once wrote about applying fish oil 3x a day on her butt and she gained 2" in 2 weeks or less. I really wish I could find the post but I have looked with no luck.

Are you eating enough? You gotta feed that bootay, lol. If you are doing the squat challenge with weights, maybe you are overworking the muscles, if that's possible. 112 lbs sounds so heavy! I'm inspired....

YESSSSS! LOL I know if you are trying to build muscle, you need quite a bit of protein, plus you should be eating at a surplus (above your maintenance calories). If you are still doing some cardio + weight training + eating at a surplus, you shouldn't have to worry about gaining (fat) weight. But yeah, I would do less reps with heavy weights, or just do body squats, or use lighter weights so you can do a high number of reps.....and be bootylicious in record time!
