@Lovely_Deliyah I am 5"1. I did loss .5"  was working on my stomach loss 1.5"  All my weight went all over expect for my boobs. I'm loving it!!! Starting back again on something else hopefully. While be working out this time around want more inches.

You guys should invest in a derma roller, it's a small device that makes tons of tiny holes in the skin with tiny needles (doesn't hurt, just tickles a bit. It allows for the best penetration for anything applied topically to the skin. It will enhance results.

Hi everyone Iv'e been a silent participant in this fish oil thing i just wanted to share my experience with u and give some encouragement!
the first time i tried it was two years ago, to be honest my body was fine I just wanted to fill out a bit more and was curious I started out as a pear shape 32b- 24- 39
I also took maca root, rubbed just fish oil on, then emu oil, then shea butter after. I only did it for one month and at the end my measurements were 34b- 25- 41.
my measurement to this day varies from 34b-24/26 -41/43
i dont know if its because i'm older or down to the on and of use of maca which I absolutely love as really does make me more firmer as well as its other health benefits
I only did the fish oil for 1 month as it really did stink. I gave up after my cousin came in to my room and said it smelt really really bad . after that I threw away a number of underwear, tracksuits and bedsheets because the smell just wouldn't wash out .
however i am starting back on this to try and even out some dimples I have. I've made a mixture of fish oil and emu oil and one drop of pepermint&rosemary oil and i can hardly smell the fish oil so I am more hopeful now that I wont have to walk around smelling all day!

I've Been Thinken About Trying This For So Long! At First I Was Just Using The Fish Oil For The Past 2 Days, But This Morning I Decided To Mix It For A Better Smell. I Used Dr. Miracles Gro Oil Which Has Vitamins A, D, E, Avocado & Aloe Vera, Also Spraying Some Soft Vanilla Body Mist In It. Ive Had The Saran Wrap On For About 2 1/2 Hours Now. Any Feedback Is Appreciated!

Hey arpeggio, do you use the derma roller each time before you apply the fish oil? And do you use it before you shower? I definitely want one.

If I Were To Make "Fattening Shakes" Using Ensure, Will That Help With Growing Inches In My Hips & Butt? Still Using The Fish Oil Method, Of Course.. & How Long Does This Usually Take To See Any Results? Also, What Can I Do To Open Up Pores On My Butt Instead Of Haven To Use A Derma Roller?
