fish oil is used because it adds fat to the butt it has nothing to do with estrogen or testosterone it's the omega 3 in it which is stored in a woman's hips. i've tried cod liver, flaxseed and peanut oils and NOTHING works like fish oil. But let us know if the epo works though that sounds interesting

The butt is a muscle. unlike our breast it doesn't contain estrogen. I did my this morning but don't know how long I was supposed to leave it on.

unfortunately theres no such thing as ODORLESS FISH OIL :| |
I was using a fish oil that I got at CVS that stunk but the Spring Valley fish oil is much better and the smell is barely there. I washed myself this morning and there was no smell compared to the other fish oil I used that I would still smell that thing ugh.

check if they have in a store near you.

Same here. First I tried regular fish oil. The one with enteric coating is not even half as bad. I switched to Nature's Bounty "odorless", that has an enteric coating. It still has a faint scent, but nothing like what the regular kind without the coating smelled like. The regular fish oil stayed in everything. I ended up throwing away my sheets, and pj's with my first go round with fish oil.

Alright ladies, here goes my first night. I bought two bottles at Dollar Tree (all I can afford til payday lol), poked holes in the capsules and drained them into a spray bottle...but ended up just spraying it into my hands. The smell isn't really too bad, I catch a whiff once in awhile but nothing outrageous. I did wrap a towel around my waist, then put on a pair of old sweats. Does the saran wrap really help increase results, or is that just to prevent seeping onto clothes? I really hope this works...I'm going to see my boyfriend in two weeks, after 3 months apart, so I'd like to at least see SOME improvement in the hind quarters hehehe I'm also working out, and hoping on some results there too....what an intense couple of weeks this will be! Oh...and one more question: where do you find the essential oils you ladies mix in with them? The smell isn't HORRIBLE, but if I'm going to be applying twice a day, I'd like it to be minimal since I'll be around people during the day! Thanks ladies...and good luck to you all! |
You can find essential oils at Vitamin World, Vitamin Shoppe, and on Amazon.com. I might have to try that Africa's Best oil that a lot of people here are using.

Africas Best oil is good in controlling the smell and it has a lot of organic oils in it liek soybean, grape seed, olive oil (to name a few).
