I just purchased the twin pack of Spring Valley Fish Oil 1200mg that someone mentioned doesn't smell. It cost me only $9 and since there are 200 capsules total, it will last me a while!

dont get the fish smell onto your couch whatever you do :| it wont come off. & trust me it ALL smells a lil fishy if it lurks out somewhere.i went from 34.5 to now 37.5 i've been on it almost 7 weeks.

Hello all! First post on BHM after reading roughly half of this thread.... I'm wanting to try this FO booty treatment, and want to know where exactly on the butt you're supposed to apply? This sounds like a strange question but....I have a fairly round booty, I just want it BIGGER. I do exercise about 3-5 times a week, but nothing specifically booty-intensive (i.e. squats). I do get on a machine that is basically donkey kicks, but not every time I go. I really just want to know the best way to go about doing this? Has anyone see results with the cheaper things, such as what's sold at Dollar Tree? I'm trying to lose weight on my belly and thighs, and even a little on my hips, but am trying not to do anything to make my butt smaller. So yeah...any advice before I start this?

Hi, First post  But Ive been trying to grow a bigger butt for years now. I've tried everything. (Protien-700MG), MACA Root ( Which created a serious tyroid issue for me), squats, ensure plus and even fish oil From all of this, I have noticed a little growth and tone but I'm not satisfied. I'm not going for the butt shots or surgury; to me thats ridiculous but I just want a bigger butt. Does Fish Oil really work ?

Yess it really works you just need to be consistent. Do it religiously for twice a day for 2 months and you'll see ;) I've grown 3 inches in a month & half.

What Kind of fish oil do you use though? Is there any that would work and not smell. I tried it before and stopped because I could not get the smell out of my clothes.

I got a few bottles and just noticed a difference. One bottle has 2400 mg, and says 720 mg of Omega 3. The other bottle says 1200 mg, and 360 mg of Omega 3.
Does it make much difference how much mg's you're getting in each capsule?

I need to buy some more of these, I only have about 7 left the next bottle should hopefully be my last I want to gain 1-2" more im at 39" or 39.5"...

I measured myself yesterday and I'm 44.5. I did fish oil a couple of months ago but the smell that stayed in my clothes made me sick. I was doing my research on fish oil and it has been proven to work so I'm definitely happy about that. I stumbled upon a liquid fish oil drink. But I dont think I can do that (LOL). They claim it has a citrus taste but I think I would gag if I've done that. I'm also on ensure plus. I drink 6 a day (because extra calories will help with weight gain) Its been proven to assist with weight gain and it also has the protien your butt needs to grow. Since I know that all my weight gain goes to my lower half I'm pretty satisfied with doing the fish oil and ensure regimen. Hope to hear your progress.

I'm using odorless fish oil this time. I mix it with essential oil. I have both lavender, and peppermint. You do get a whiff here and there, but it really isn't that bad. I'm going to stick with it this time, and not give up.
