Hey mocha babe, i use it on my bum maybe 2-3 times a week, because the directions for many derma rollers say not to use it too often. I try and make sort of an asterisk pattern like a star kind of on each cheek to try and cover as much "ground" as possible, then i apply the krill oil or fish oil or this fatty oil mixture I made and rub it in for 2 minutes. I still use the mixtures every day, but i only derma roll for that 2-3x weekly. the skin stays "open" until the next derma rolling. There are some goos cheap ones on amazon, I got one on amazon for just under ten dollars. I say definitely give it a try.

I gained 1" last month in 13 days. It has been 16 days since the last gain and the measuring tape is still at 37". I didn't use fish oil two nights and since I just got my period I won't be applying it for the next few days. I wonder if I already maxed out on fish oil

| I doubt it  keep it up. are you doing any cardio though? any kind of fat burning will be counterproductive

Since It Didnt Smell I Did Applied The Mix Last Night After My Shower & Left It On All Night. I Also Shaved To Open Up The Pores Even More & I Honestly See A Bit Of A Difference So Im Gettin More Excited Lol. & Yes The Shake Went Straight To My Belly Today LOL

LOL, idk about all this fish oil on the booty but hemp protein has the fatty acids and omega 3,6 and 9's that fish oil has and you can use it in your shakes. Its a healthier alternative. I would suggest almond milk instead of cows milk. Hemp protein also has amino acids and a good source of protein. I would also suggest weight lifting. Invest in ankle weights and dumbbells.

If its unhealthy your more printed to nasty stuff like cellulite and unwanted fat than nice lean toned muscle. I eat clean and went from 36" to 43". It will do the same with whole milk you just have to eat the proper calorie intake for you to gain weight and weight lift consistently. If you just eat and eat with no exercise you may get results but they won't be the best results. For my shakes I use hemp protein, almond milk, frozen mixed berries,peanut butter, flax seed oil, cacoa nibs. I drink one in the morning after my jog and after my weight lifting at night or if I just want one for the extra calories. The key is eating right getting the right calorie intake and weights.
