I was using a fish oil that I got at CVS that stunk but the Spring Valley fish oil is much better and the smell is barely there. I washed myself this morning and there was no smell compared to the other fish oil I used that I would still smell that thing ugh.

I used it plus Africa's best oil after my shower. Now I'm drinking my high calorie shake for weight gain. I'm hopping by summer, I'm nice for my swim suit. Lol

Yes very good too in my opinion. It has perfume oil in it.

On the 6th page of this thread, a member mentioned why African's Best is good to mix with fish oil:

"
1. this oil is FILLED with penetrating ingredients which means that this helps the oil and the fats in it actually get into your skin. so it helped penetrate the skin so the fish oil could get in
 
2. it has soy bean oil and sage which are both pretty estrogenic
 
3. it contains castor oil which is great for penetration"

Dont sweat it, if you do lose its probably temporary...

I used fish oil for two weeks a few years ago and when i stopped i lost my gains

why wouldnt it work the other way around?

if you are a little nervous just measure yourself more often.

I doubt thats gonna happen tho

This is a GREAT oil to add with fish oil masks the smell and helps it penetrate

Yeah i was thinking yesterday...... Why is noone just using oils with phytoestrogens in it like Lavender and Soybean oil? Womens legs are hips have a bunch of estrogen receptors so it seems to make more sense than putting fish oil (which i read has testosterone in it)

b/c im on PM im going to order some evening primrose oil (balances hormones) and try that instead. Good luck ladies!!
