The saran wrap helps the skin to absorb the fish oil better.

I drink the ensure plus and a mass gainer from GNC. It helps me gain 2lbs a week.

Umm. When I went to Basic Training for the Army, they told us to use Saran Wrap to LOSE inches so we would pass tape. FYI. Maybe a hot shower, than the fish oil, than bed. To open the pores. Just my thought.

unfortunately theres no such thing as ODORLESS FISH OIL :| becauseee fish STINK so it all stinnnks BLAH.I personally was using "coconut fragrance oil" to mix with my lemon fish oil. But I'm going to switch to "peppermint oil" now since alot of people say it covers the smell well. Said it before but saying it again DONT USE PANTS YOU PLAN ON WEARING OUT IN PUBLIC again. I have...thinking "oooh i've masked the smell it won't get on the clothes" WRONG! it will..no matter what you do. & then you wash the clothes & it literally just makes it worse to the point were you'll get a headache from the smell :| i have a headache now.. from the smell UHG. see what guys make us do for a bigger ass GRR!

I've thought of this myself. Why has my growth slowed so much. MAYBE bc of the saran wrap? hmm. I think as long as you ain't SWEATING in it you should be good. It's also to help the fish oil from getting on your clothes..

Yeah. I'm starting it but I'm not doing it with suran wrap. I'm going to mix mine with the Africa's best oil they mentioned earlier.

Now im kinda of getting discouraged. I read a post on topix and this girl comlained that the fish oil caused her too LOSE two inches quoting" she went from a 41 to a 39-40". UGH. I guess Ill just stick with the gym, it proved great results SLOW but pretty good results.
